Under the direction of Chef Rodolfo Castellanos, winner of Top Chef Mexico, LÙMARA presents a contemporary vision of Mexican gastronomy – elegant, refined, and deeply inspired by the culinary roots of Oaxaca.

His creations harmoniously blend textures, spices, and modernity: lobster ceviche with jalapeño, flamed wagyu aguachile, shellfish with mezcal, and linguine with huitlacoche and truffle. A cuisine of contrasts – between fire, smoke, and freshness – where mountain produce meets the vibrant flavours of Mexico.

The Mezcal distillery

Upon arrival, guests are greeted by a unique experience: a Mezcal distillery by Lost Explorer, designed as an introduction bar to this emblematic Mexican spirit. Mezcal and Tequila also make their way to the table – featured in refined cocktails, food-and-spirit pairings, or elegantly served in carafes to accompany dinner.

At the bar, discover bold signature creations such as the Tostitos Mezcalita, Zebra Ramos, or Mexican Iced Coffee & Spice Cotton Candy – an immersive and exotic mixology menu celebrating the art of Mexican spirits.

A musical ambience

Each evening, dinner is enveloped in a captivating musical atmosphere: a resident DJ spins house music infused with Latin American rhythms, with the tempo rising throughout the service – beginning smooth and airy, then growing intensely vibrant – to create a fully immersive and sensory experience.

A décor inspired by tropical forests

LÙMARA, a warm and vibrant refuge, celebrates Mexican nature through an immersive and refined setting. Dark woods, emerald velvets, and jade ceramics create a scene reminiscent of the tropical forest, bathed in soft, mysterious light. Animal-shaped lamps, brass accents, and woven fibres blend with lush greenery and carefully selected handcrafted pieces. In the background, the Smoky Night olfactory signature wraps the space in woody and amber notes.
